Trattoria donna Santina is a declaration of love of as long as 2 lives: mother and daughter. Angelina Vicario e Santina Baglio; both hardworkers and both in love with good food. Angelina started in 1964 selling wine by the glass "do suttanu" in the old Serro district of the village. Shortly thereafter " Suttu 'u roggiu" was born: a real tavern that in the 90s moved to Via Cavour becoming "La Bettola" restaurant. From the "suttanu" to "sutta 'u roggiu", from "La Bettola" to "donna Santina", the love story continues with Santina who offers always tasty disches and flavors that tell the story of Galati Mamertino and all Sicily.
