The idea of starting "La Botte" came to our parents as at the time there were few restaurants and everyone asked them where they could eat. So on April 17, 1972 they started this adventure together with grandmother Angela . Now that we are close to the threshold of forty years of activity, we have grown and contributed to making the necessary innovations to keep up with the times.
