In 1986 Sandra Formigli and Gianni Gozzini had the "winning" idea of transofrming the most tripe shop into the current restaurant. Sandra, still the supervisor of the restaurant, has maintained the initial identuty of the Florentine Trattoria, always adapting it to the trend target.
Location
The restaurant welcomes you with the warm colors of ocher yellow, in harmony with the exposed beams and the tops of the natural wooden tables. The tables, with a refined look and 900-style iron legs, are set with an American leather placemat. The chairs are the classic stuffed ones embellished with a matching cushion.
Dishes
The menu is varied and changes everyday. For lunch, the proposals are the traditional classics of the Florentine culture. The evening menu is more seasonal and therefore varies every 3 months.
