Fattoria Fabio was established in 1990s, in the Nebrodi, a region where biodiversity remains uncontaminated and vetch, clover and French honeysuckle grow in the pastures. The family-run farm has been transformed over the years from a small operation into an established educational center.
Location
Fabio's family has invested in the farm's development, including the introduction of animals: first the Galatese and Rocche del Castro sheep breeds, both of local origin and at risk of extinction, and then Camosciata goats and dairy cows.
Dishes
It is possible to buy the products directly at the farm and cheese tastings are also offered.
